Most of us here are AOB fans. Some are more Jenny fans than AOB fans... or so it looks to me. Which is also fine...

But I think it's understandable if we wanna know what's happening with AOB.

In their defense, they were really trying to work on new material and improve communication.

It's not entirely their fault Mubito went bancrupt and that they couldn't land a proper record deal or more concert bookings. Jenny has always been doing solo work, not just the last few years but ever since they got a break after the HN/TS hype and she started her own christian band. We know of interviews that go way back before Night Of The Proms where she mentioned her own solo album and the possibility of a book, her personal dream.

It's not like this has come out of nowwhere, it's been on the shelves for a long time. Now that the band is waiting in limbo it's the perfect moment for Jenny to focus on her own material.

However, it IS very rude of the band to once abandon us like that again. Even if they don't know what will happen, they could just have posted SOMETHING!!!

Exactly Joe, who ARE we supposed to ask, about Ace Of Base? We can't ask Jenny because that would be offensive to her?! I thought she was the grand high leader of the group? lmao

I find it incredibly rude of Jenny to be doing this whole solo thing while the Ace Of Base website is STILL down and we STILL have ZERO INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH THE BAND.

Superboy, Give us a BREAK! Jenny has done more for the band than anyone else in there. Jenny is not ruin anything! Ace of base has record company issues. Jenny is living her dream since the band is standing still once again, is that rude of her? Is it rude that Ulf and Jonas is working on the side aswell? Come on FFS!

Why should she sit on her rear waiting for something to finally happen with aob! I wouldn't! and I know I couldn't! there is no way I could sit around waiting for these "problems" to be solved if they ever will be! I would be itching to work on music and that's what I would do! and I'm sure this is the same with Jenny

I don't think she is being selfish! she cannot control aob they all have their own minds and out side minds too to decide these things so why sit around when you can do what you love doing and give us "something" you have always wanted to do!

That's BS, Najs. Jenny is the only one in the band that is going off to do something solo rather than working on getting the AOB album released. She is the one ruining their chance.

If Jenny really is the "leader" of Ace Of Base then it is HER obligation to keep us up to date with what's going on, and to explain why the website's been down for all these months, and where that damn album is.

You all want to paint Jenny as the one in control, with all the power, the real leader of Ace Of Base? Fine! Then it's HER - SILENCE - that's killing Ace Of Base. (though I'm sure now you'll all jump ship and say that it's really Jonas and Ulf who are in charge, so it's THEIR fault, lmao)...

Oh Superboy... Mikey , that is not bs... Jenny has been working her ass off for AoB and for herself Do you think that she alone decide "hmm what should we do with our homepage now?" Do you think that any of the members sit there and decide "ok, hmm we should use this or that company to create our website" of course not, little things like that is not in their hands.
Jenny is the one who is promoting Aob even when she is not doing it. Everyone who go and listen to her get to know something about Ace of base, this little group is always mentioned wherever she goes.

I guess you think Jenny is selfish because she do not want another woman/leadsinger in the band and she is the one that stop their process? What she is doing - I support 100% You on the other hand is the selfish one, you want anything with Aob whatever it takes, you don't care if Jenny get hurt on the way, no.. you just want.

They can't agree on the new member issue? If so, how long time they need to decide?
Or they decided to stay trio, and now they try to find another RC to work with them this way?

True, Claes mentioned many times that Jenny is the leader of the band. But I don't think , thats true... When she's been asked about AOB she said she isn't allowed to speak about it. So maybe we should ask the guys...
